🤍 Reformer pilates during pregnancy 🤍

Pregnancy is a beautiful journey, and movement can be a wonderful way to support your changing body - improving posture, building strength and supporting mobility. ✨

Every body and every pregnancy is different, so exercises should always be adapted to your stage of pregnancy and individual needs. 🫶🏼

Move mindfully. Feel strong. Nurture yourself and your little one. 🤍✨

(Always consult your healthcare professional before starting or continuing exercise during pregnancy)

Summer was amazing ☀️ but there’s something pretty special about coming back to the studio. 🤍

Back to movement.
Back to feeling strong.
Back to your routine.
Back to making time for you. 🤍

Because sometimes, getting back into the rhythm is exactly what we need.

Your reformer is waiting for you. 🧘🏽‍♀️🌿✨
