Then I'll be off on holiday for 2 weeks, so make sure you come along on Wednesday and get your Zumba fix before we take a little break! 😄

☀️💃 ZUMBA IS ON TONIGHT! 💃☀️
I've had a few people asking about the heat, but don't worry the fans will be on and the hall is actually feeling quite cool! 😊

I've also mixed in a few calmer routines tonight to help keep things comfortable while still getting a great workout. 💪

Please remember to bring:
💧 Plenty of water
🧊 A cool towel if you have one

Let's dance, have fun and work up a sweat together!
