We are an Ofsted-registered childcare setting, based in a warm and welcoming bungalow on Coggeshall Road, opposite Flagfinders Coach Company. While our premises were once residential, we now offer a professional early years setting that blends the best of both worlds — a nurturing home-from-home environment with the structure and opportunity of a growing nursery. Full-day care (year-round or term-time only)

I'm Kaz, and Charlie’s House is a family-run setting shared with my two children — Wyatt and Aqualeana. We pride ourselves on creating a space where children are valued, appreciated, and encouraged to be themselves. We offer a home-from-home childminding environment, but welcome more children in a nursery capacity. Funding & Flexibility
We proudly offer:
15 & 30 hours funded childcare from 9 months to school age
Funding that works term-time only or stretched across the year, based on your needs
A maximum of 10 funded hours per day
