After reading Owl Babies, we went outdoors on a hunt for leaves, twigs, and feathers to build our own nests! 🪺 The children had so much fun searching the trees for owls, practicing their best owl hoots, and showing us how high owls fly! 🌳 flapping wings included! ✨

This Month we are diving into the wonderful world of feelings with the book The Colour Monster! 📖

To help our little ones explore and understand their emotions, we've been getting hands-on with:

✨ Emotion Playdough: Expressing big feelings through creative play!
🎨 Colour Matching Activities: Learning to identify and sort our monster colors.
🧩 Monster Puzzles: Building problem-solving skills and fine motor strength.

Ask your little which color emotion they felt today! 👇

🎓✨ Class of 2026, you did it! ✨🎓

What an incredibly special day celebrating our little preschool graduates!

While we are so excited for their next big adventure, it is incredibly sad to say goodbye to all our 27 wonderful school leavers as they head off to "big school." You have brought so much joy to our nursery, and we are going to miss you all so much.

A massive thank you to all families who came along to celebrate with us. There were plenty of tears, lots of laughs, and beautiful gifts.
We have been reading through the book of kind messages, and your words mean the absolute world to us. 📖👇

We also took some time today to celebrate our incredible staff team, including a special shout-out to some of our team members celebrating their 10-year service! Thank you for a decade of dedication, love, and care. 🌟

Your potential is endless……

Our Little Blossoms room have been having so much fun exploring our inspired book "5 Little Men" themed tuff tray! 👽

Using their hands as sensors, feeling and moving the moon sand around and finding their rockets hidden among the flying saucers and astronauts. 🧑‍🚀🛸

Last week, the team participated in a fantastic staff meeting focused on positive child interactions and engagement. It was a brilliant opportunity to get together and share ideas between our settings! We love leveling up our skills to give the children our absolute best every single day. 🚀

What a spectacular morning we have had with our nursery parachute in the garden! ☀️🪂

The highlight was playing "Down at the Bottom of the Deep Blue Sea song." launching the parachute high into the sky and then running underneath together in a giant wave of excitement.
So many giggles, so much joy, and incredible teamwork today!
