Great little activity today kept the little ones busy for longer than I thought 🥰

✨ Learning through play ✨
What may look like a simple activity is actually helping little minds and hands develop so many important skills.

Using tweezers to pick up and sort the pom-poms encourages fine motor skills, pincer grip and hand-eye coordination, while matching colours and counting supports early maths, concentration and problem-solving.

And, of course, there’s lots of opportunity for language, independence and confidence too.

So much learning, all wrapped up in a little bit of fun! 🌈❤️

We’ve had a lovely couple of weeks back! 🥰 We’ve welcomed two new starters, who have settled in so well already. We’ve made the most of getting outdoors whenever the weather has allowed, attended our weekly playgroups and even enjoyed a lovely day out at Eureka, which is always a favourite! ❤️

I’m also hoping my little school leavers have enjoyed their first couple of weeks at school. You have been very much missed here, and we’ve been thinking of you all. 🥰📚🎒

It’s been a busy week with little ones leaving and little ones starting. Sending all my families hugs it’s tough leaving your babies for the first time at childcare and at school. So glad to hear all my 3 girls have settled in well at school. Enjoy the weekend xx

As much as this job is amazing, it can also be incredibly difficult. Today, this beautiful little lady left me for big school, and she is the very last of my three little princesses to leave me. 😭

I’m so incredibly proud of you, and I know you are going to absolutely thrive at school with not a worry in the world. You started with me at just 9 months old, and since then you have brought so much joy, laughter and happiness to my setting.

You have been everyone’s best friend. 🥰 You are kind, caring, funny, and, of course, absolutely brilliant at jigsaws! 😍

We adore you so much, and although it’s so hard to say goodbye, I feel so lucky to have been part of your journey and to have watched you grow into the amazing little girl you are today.

We are going to miss you more than you know, but I cannot wait to hear all about your adventures at big school. Go and shine, beautiful girl. ✨💗

Today was a tough one again 😢. This little lady joined me at just 9 months old and has just been an absolute joy to look after, she was the youngest in our gang and the one everyone wanted to love and play with. You’re such a cute, funny little princess and we will miss you so much, but you are so ready for preschool and I know you will love it. Love you lots I cannot wait to follow your journey xx

What a party it was today for my 3 little princess we bounced, danced and ate lots of yummy party food. 🎊

This beautiful, very funny, very clever and kind princess leaves us for school. It’s always so hard but you are so ready and school are going to absolutely love you and your knowledge 🥰. I have loved seeing you grow and cannot wait to see your journey through school. Me and all your friends love you so so much . Go shine ✨
