🌞✨ What a lovely time we had at our Summer Stay & Play session last week at Barkerend Family Hub! ✨🌞

Families enjoyed a range of fun indoor and outdoor activities, giving children plenty of opportunities to play, explore, and make new friends. 💛

We also shared some helpful tips and ideas to support children in getting ready for school, helping families feel more confident about this exciting next step.

A big thank you to everyone who joined us, and to Speech and Language team who attended the session and provided valuable advice and support for families.

We had a wonderful day and loved seeing so many smiles. 😊

Join our Family Links Nurturing Programme – a friendly and welcoming course for parents of children aged 2–13 years.

Over 10 weeks, you'll have the chance to meet other parents, share experiences, and pick up practical ideas to help build positive family relationships. We'll explore topics such as communication, behaviour, self-esteem, managing emotions, and understanding your child's development.

A supportive space to learn, reflect, and grow in confidence as a parent.
