🏫 28 schools and counting…

As we approach the halfway point of the week, we’re delighted to have welcomed a further three schools to Link AP Academy.

It’s a privilege to continue extending our support across Bradford, Keighley, Leeds and the surrounding areas, working alongside schools to provide high-quality Alternative Provision for young people who need something different.

That now takes us to 28 schools supported — something we’re incredibly grateful for. 💙

A huge thank you to our schools, students, parents and families for continuing to put their trust in our team.

Small provision. Small classes. Qualified teachers. High expectations. High-quality AP.

The journey continues. 🔗📚

📣 WE’RE HIRING | TEACHERS OF ALTERNATIVE PROVISION

As Link AP Academy continues to grow, so does the demand for high-quality alternative provision.

But one thing we will never do is grow at the expense of quality. We will never dilute what we offer simply to create more places.

That means investing in the right people.

We’re looking to add further capacity to our teaching team, led by our Quality of Education Lead, delivering the National Curriculum in small classroom settings.

We’d love to hear from teachers specialising in:

📚 English
➗ Maths
🧪 Science

For us, high-quality provision starts with high-quality staff — people who understand that AP is about more than teaching a subject. It’s about re-engaging young people, rebuilding confidence and creating positive futures.

If you believe you could add something to our team, we’d love to meet you.

🚗 A postcode should never be a barrier to accessing high-quality Alternative Provision.

Every morning at Link AP Academy, the work starts before a student even walks through our doors.

📞 Attendance checks.
🏠 Contact with parents and carers.
🚗 And then our team gets on the road — collecting our young people and bringing them into the provisions.

We don’t just wait for students to turn up. We go out and get them.

Because attendance isn’t just a number. It starts with relationships, consistency and showing young people that we genuinely care whether they’re there.

This is what we do. Every single day.

Because sometimes, showing up starts with someone showing up for you. 💚

And just like that… week two begins! 💙💚

What a fantastic first week back we’ve had at Link AP Academy.

We’re incredibly fortunate to have a team where every single member of staff genuinely cares about our young people and is committed to giving them the support, encouragement and opportunities they deserve.

We’re settled. We’re ready. And we’re excited for the year ahead! 🙌

One team. One purpose. A brighter future together. 💙💚

Here’s to another brilliant week at Link AP Academy! 🌱

🗞️🔥 HOT OFF THE PRESS | LINK AP ACADEMY

We’re incredibly proud to see the Link AP Academy journey featured in the Telegraph & Argus. 💙💚

What started with a simple vision — to provide high-quality Alternative Provision for young people across Bradford — has grown beyond anything we could have imagined.

🏫 Three provisions
👥 A growing specialist team
🎓 Successful reintegrations into mainstream education
🤝 Supporting schools across Bradford
🏆 Award-winning provision
📈 Continued investment, growth and development

But the numbers, buildings and awards only tell part of the story.

What matters most is our young people — helping them re-engage with education, rebuild relationships, experience success and move forward with confidence. 🌟

As we begin the 2026/27 academic year, our ambition remains the same: to keep improving, raising standards and doing what is right for young people.

A huge thank you to our students, families, staff, partner schools and everyone across Bradford who has trusted and supported us on this journey. 🙏

One year in… and we’re only just getting started. 🚀

💙⚽ PROUD TO SUPPORT OUR CITY | BRADFORD CITY AFC WOMEN

We’re delighted to announce that Link AP Academy is sponsoring Bradford City AFC Women player Tara Duce for the 2026/27 season! 🙌

For us, it’s about more than sponsorship. Bradford is our city, and as Link AP Academy continues to grow, we want to keep giving back and supporting people who make a positive difference within our communities.

We’re especially proud to support Tara — combining her career as a teacher with playing senior football and being a fantastic example of hard work, commitment and ambition. 👏⚽

It’s also great to play a small part in supporting the continued growth of women’s football in Bradford. 💙

Wishing Tara and everyone at Bradford City AFC Women a fantastic season ahead!
