Simple train track set up today 🚆 along with our familiar places mini blocks 🌍
I have pictures of our local village hall (toddler group), park, church, school, butchers, post office, library, shop, dentist and my house 🏠 on the blocks for the children to explore and include in their own play.
The children also have a mini me block (a picture of themselves) that they can play with too 😊

After a walk outside this morning and our weekly trip to our local Library for rhyme time, we've come home for one of our favourite activities - pouring, scooping, measuring, stirring, pinching etc etc.
Great for developing fine and gross motor skills and keeps everyone entertained 😊

Today's tray is all about what we can find in our gardens, inspired by the book 'Nature Trail'.
We borrowed this story from our local Library a few weeks ago and the children all loved it that much I bought us a copy 💜

Which bugs, birds and flowers will the children find? 🦋🪲🌹🌻🐦‍⬛🐦

We're also going to visit our park this morning - what will we find while we are there?

We usually do this every year and all the children love it, everytime. Each year they will learn something different from it 🥰
