Young people and families want to engage in our services enjoying the work; which we use as a vehicle for embedding functional, basic and life skills. Progression pathways – due to the width of our programmes and the variety of sites JAMES holds; we offer numerous and varied internal progression opportunities. Internal progression provides new challenges and development, while supporting young people within a known structure and ethos setting. Holistic approach – best progression is achieved through supporting all impacts on a young person; predominantly addressing family factors. We therefore pursue wrap around support for those engaged with complex needs through the Families First programme.
