Hi all. Information about the Shindo Kai competition in October has been sent to you. The sections show age and grade plus a copy of the rules. Only equipment required is a karate suit and red and blue belts.
Let’s have a good turnout and we can start working towards getting students ready. This is a grassroots competition so everyone will be of a similar standard. Anyone who wants to compete at a higher level can enter the EKF championships in November 👊☺️
