Carbon and Alloy Steels - Metallurgical Investigation Failure Analysis - a 3hr Web Training course 2nd April 2025
If you cannot attend any of our in-person lectures or workshops, we do a series of web courses for you to attend.
This course is the first one in the series under Carbon and Alloy Steels.
The lecture will take you through the 19 stages of the investigation and failure techniques and processes to detect metal fatigue and fractures.
As this is a live presentation, there will be plenty of opportunity for discussions around the topic via video conferencing.

We are once again running our In-Person Workshop at the University of Wolverhampton, UK c/o Elite Centre for Manufacturing Skills
This is a 4-day course but split into two separate days. The dates are Days 1 and 2 -18 and 19th February and Days 3 and 4 - 11th and 12th March 2025.
This is an In-Person Workshop, with hands-on experience using modern equipment to assist you in identifying a selection of metals and their possible causes of product failure.
For the last two days, you will have the chance to examine material from your workplace to analyse the root causes of persistent issues.
