Its coming up to that time of year again where the nights are getting darker and colder.
The children had great ideas on how to keep warm!
We made a campfire which then prompted conversations about keeping safe near fires. The children used orange and yellow paper as flames and gathered sticks to create a fire. They then sat around the fire and toasted marshmallows while singing cam songs! What fun!

Are you an enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner, with a full and relevant qualification and at least 2 years experience working in an early years setting?

We have 3 settings based in the Shipley, Fagley and Daisy Hill areas of Bradford and we are looking for 3 new practitioners to join our wonderful team!

Candidates must be :

✅ Passionate about working with children and families!

✅ A good team player with great communication skills!

✅ Creative and enjoy offering children a range of new and exciting experiences!

✅ A quick learner with a sound understanding of how children develop!

It would be advantageous to have a current:

⭐Paediatric First Aid qualification
⭐Food Safety qualification
⭐Safeguarding training
⭐Experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities

These are not essential, and training will be provided for the right candidate.

We now have a Community Hub room at our Fagley Nursery with a variety of classes that are on offer for parents, families in the community and friends.

We are also holding a Fun Day that is open to the public and we would really love to see some new faces 😀

At Little Hearts Nursery we are passionate about supporting children's mental health and well-being. So we have decided to hold a Winter Wonderland Fundraiser to support the Young Minds Charity.
This charity offers help and support to children or young people who may be struggling.

The event will take place at the Pearson Lane Nursery- 24 Pearson Lane BD9 6BE.

We would really love for you to come along with friends and family and help us to support this wonderful charity.
