We are a full-time Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Club that offer a wide range of classes for all ages and ability’s Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a grappling art.
Its main principle is taking your opponent to the ground, controlling them and then submitting them with a choke hold or joint lock. It’s a martial art that suited for everyone, regardless of your age, sex, size etc. There are so many benefits to practicing BJJ, some of which are; self defence, flexibility, strength, weight lose, fitness. It teaches you how to problem-solve and over come difficult

Absolutely loved it.

This is exactly why we created Forge Stronger Futures CIC.
At Dream Art Bradford, we’ve seen what Jiu-Jitsu can do.
We’ve seen working dads become European champions.
We’ve seen young people transform their confidence and self-belief.
We’ve seen people travel the world and experience opportunities they never thought possible.
And we’ve seen countless individuals grow into stronger versions of themselves.
Forge Stronger Futures exists to take that impact further.
To remove barriers…financial, social, or personal…and give more people the chance to experience Jiu-Jitsu and everything it can unlock.
We were proud to recently welcome our first cohort from Bradford City Community Foundation into the academy.
They experienced their first Jiu-Jitsu session alongside conversations around confidence, resilience, and personal growth.
And this is just the start.
More cohorts are coming soon, and we’re excited to keep building this partnership.

Training in the heat can be tough but…..Ice pops for the kids after !!!! ❤️❄️
Great day out at All Stars in Sheffield yesterday, where we had some amazing performances from the team 👏
🥇 Evelyn doing her first competition, winning two divisions, fighting up in weight and doing what we knew she would do.
Big double legs, great control and a great first experience out.
🥇 Akin again with some great performances. Arm bars, winning his Gi division very comfortably, before coming up short in a controversial final in the No-Gi.
He came off the mat believing he’d won, and then the decision got overturned, which was a little bit unfair as he’d fought half the match believing he was winning.
🥇 Fazeel doing his first competition, winning his fight with great control and using the basics that we’ve been working on in class.
Excellent use of his sweep and a really good first competition.
We then went on to the adults…
🥇 George doing what George does. Amazing performance, great control, a couple of fantastic wrestle-ups into double legs, and then finishes from the back where he’s pretty much lethal.
And then Adam, who fought so hard all day, fighting Gi and No-Gi in maybe only his third competition.
He came up short, but gained lots of great experience and got into what essentially will be match-winning positions.
With some small adjustments that we’ll get back in the club and work on, that experience can now be turned into growth.
