Our Graduate Jobs & Placements Careers Fair is coming up on Wednesday 14 October, 10:30am–2:00pm! 🚀

We’ll have lots of employers on campus for you to meet, including Unilever, Leeds Building Society, Asda, Morrisons, Roche, Yorkshire Water and the Bank of England, as well as plenty more.

It’s a chance to:

• Meet employers and find out more about their opportunities
• Ask questions about graduate jobs and placements
• Get advice on what employers are looking for
• Make some useful connections for your future

There’ll also be a few extra things happening on the day:

📄 CV Drop-in Clinic
Bring along your CV and speak to the Career and Employability Services team for advice and feedback.

🌿 Quiet Session | 10:30am–11:00am
A quieter space will be available for students who would benefit from some quieter time during the event.

💻 LinkedIn Workshop | 11:15am–12:00pm
Join Kick Recruitment for a session on making the most of LinkedIn and building your professional profile.

You don’t need to have everything figured out, just come along, have a chat with employers and see what’s out there.

We're delighted to see the University of Bradford's Brad-ATTAIN (Bradford Pathways to Academia for Minoritised Ethnicities) programme shortlisted in the Outstanding Contribution to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion category at the Times Higher Education Awards 2026.

The shortlisting recognises the programme's work in supporting Black, Asian and other ethnically minoritised students to progress into postgraduate research and academic careers, helping to address inequalities and create more inclusive pathways into academia.

Through initiatives including funded studentships, postgraduate research placements, internships and travel bursaries, Brad-ATTAIN made a significant contribution to widening participation in academic careers.

Congratulations to everyone involved in this fantastic achievement, and we wish the team the very best of luck at the awards ceremony in Birmingham on Thursday 26 November. 🎉

Women into Frontier Tech is a FREE 12-week virtual programme helping women build practical AI skills, gain real-world experience and explore new career opportunities in tech.

The programme especially wants to hear from graduates who are unemployed, have experienced redundancy, are returning to work after maternity leave or a career break, are underemployed, or are aged 18–24 and not currently in employment, education or training.

No tech or coding background is required.
