This weekend, Exceed SCITT were proud to sponsor a pitch at Farsley Celtic Juniors first ever junior football gala! It a fantastic day and great to see all the young footballers having a brilliant time! We’re hoping to be involved in lots more community events in the future!

This time two years ago, Abi, Ell, Holly, Lauren and Isabelle, hadn’t yet met and were preparing themselves for a year of teacher training with Exceed SCITT! Fast forward two years, and they’re still great friends and all are celebrating the end of their first year as ECTs! We’re very proud of them and excited to see where their journeys take them next! #24/25cohort

As the academic year ends, we'd like to wish all of our SCITT teachers, mentors, tutors and schools a wonderful, well-deserved summer break.
We couldn't be prouder of our SCITT teachers and everything they have achieved this year. As they move on to become Early Career Teachers (ECTs), we're delighted to share some photos and reflections from their training journey.

A huge welcome to our 2026–27 cohort! Yesterday’s Primary Induction Day was full of excitement, connection, and brilliant conversations. We loved meeting all our new SCITT teachers and we’re buzzing to get started!

What a fantastic afternoon at Horton Grange Primary School’s Summer Fayre! Exceed SCITT loved being part of the celebrations — the atmosphere was amazing, the community spirit was strong, and even the heat couldn’t stop the fun.
We’re always grateful for opportunities to be involved in one of the community highlights of the year. It was also brilliant to see current and previous SCITT teachers - including Matt from our 23-24 cohort getting drenched! Thank you for having us!

Today marked our final hub day of the SCITT programme, with a focus on safeguarding, risk assessments, and an introduction to life as an ECT.
It was genuinely lovely to see everyone again after such a long stretch without face‑to‑face training!
Now we’re counting down to our Celebration Event in just a few weeks. We can’t wait to come together again and recognise everything our fabulous SCITT teachers have achieved this year!
