Though our KS4 service moved to new premises, our KS3 offer is still in the church building we've been in since 2011! A couple of years ago, we expanded into the rest of the premises, spruced the place up, installed new equipment and overall expanded what we do. Today, KS3 offers younger pupils a therapeutic educational experience with a focus on some interesting subjects alongside Maths and English. In the coming days, we'll focus on each subject and share some of the great work these lessons are delivering.

Last year, PiPeLine split its KS4 provision from its KS3 and we moved KS4 into a much larger space. With a huge recording studio space, several teaching rooms, and a nicely decked out relaxation room, our provision near Bradford Interchange is an excellent place for young people who struggle with mainstream settings.

Both PiPeLine Productions Academies (Bradford and Keighley) will be open to ALL pupils tomorrow and this term.
As an organisation that deals exclusively with “vulnerable” young people, our provisions will continue to be open to all pupils whilst this additional lockdown is in place. This is fully in keeping with government guidance for schools and alternative provisions and guidance on how such places should assess the vulnerability of their pupils.
We continue to follow government guidance on COVID security, operating as a bubble again, as per government guidance for alternative provisions.
For pupils who arrive to our provisions on transport provided by their schools there may be some disruption. PiPeLine will continue to work closely with your school to iron this out and someone will be in contact very soon to ensure that this is sorted out rapidly.
If you have any questions or need any additional information, please email us on [email protected] or call during our usual opening hours on 01274 256922 or 01274 256923.

Well last week was one intense week! The Sangat Learning Centre at Cater House is a beautiful building but it was certainly in need of a little paint and some areas of modernising - it needed TLC. So with only a week, we gave it that TLC...and then some. The whole staff team mucked in alongside a small group of contractors; some of us pulled some 17 hour days and we worked from Friday 4th September through to this morning but I'm pleased to say, we pulled it off. And we are immensely proud to be able to present the new home for our Keighley provision: The PiPeLine Productions Academy for Sports, Keighley Edition at the Sangat Learning Centre. A big thank you to the staff at the Sangat Community Centre for helping us in our time of need, being so friendly and amenable, and for providing food for the hungry workers all week! To Artworks Creative Communities who sign posted us towards Community Action Bradford and District who provided us with the link to Sangat. To Wall mount - Tv & Audio Installation Company for installing the screens around the building. And to SR Carpets and Floors - Leeds (Bradford) for tirelessly working to turn the flooring around so quickly.
Still a few more finishing touches here and there but all in all, a minor miracle, something we can be proud of and hopefully a place where our pupils will feel comfortable, happy, and at home - and where they can work towards a better future.

As most people are now aware, two weeks before we were due to welcome our children back to our Keighley provision we received a surprise and devastating email from the youth service to tell us they were no longer allowing us to use the space.
Our pleas detailing how devastating this was for our children and schools went unheard and we received no responses to our calls and emails. But we have worked tirelessly to secure something for September and by some miracle we have managed to secure the perfect place for our pupils! However this means that we have had to push back our start date to Monday the 14th.
Thank you to both our parents and our schools for their understanding as we would never have put them in this position ourselves.
If you have any questions or need any more information, feel free to message, email, or call us but we will be providing more details on the changes this coming week.

If you're anything like us, you may have lost track of what day it is! But tomorrow would normally be the beginning of the new term. As has been the case since the government instructed schools to close to most pupils, PiPeLine Productions remains open for government mandated "vulnerable" pupils and pupils who are the children of designated key-workers. All pupils who should be attending should have been contacted by our staff and so we should see you in the morning! Please get in touch with us if you have any questions.

We’re open tomorrow from 11am until 3pm for our year 11s receiving their GCSE results. You should visit your school first and then come down to us afterwards for your VCERT results...and a cupcake or two! All the best.
