We're currently recruiting for a Data Administration role to work at our Selby office of Potential4skills.

The successful candidate will work with Managers to ensure;
-Bookings are taken and recorded accurately
-Online Initial Assessments are taken
-Registers are collated and inputted into systems and tracked
-Calls are made to learners and referral partners
-Files are archived correctly
-Phone calls and queries are managed
-Ordering system is followed and orders are timely
-Undertaking general admin tasks as requested
-Social media content is kept up to date

Preferred Skills
-Competent with use of email, excel and word.
-Hard working
-Professional
-Good Telephone manner
-Timekeeping
-Confident with social media platforms
-Ability to create marketing documents
-Good written and oral communication skills
-Able to communicate professionally and confidently

You will be professional in your approach, have excellent attention to detail and be able to work with Managers across a range of business functions.
