This weekend we took a small but strong team to the WSAF World Championships held in Jaroslaw, Poland.

We are delighted to share that;

U13’s
James & Jake - Basic Kata - Bronze 🥉

Adults:
Georgia/Robyn/Maisie - Female Team Randori - Gold 🥇

This achievement shows that wherever we go in the world we achieve, and it’s the effort by our students and parents that help us achieve this at a national and international stage.

We are so proud of our team.

The European Championships will be held in Jaroslaw, Poland in 2027 and the next World Championships will be held in Malaga, Spain 2029!

Much like modern Judo Tomiki Aikido pressure tests it effectiveness through competition.

A big thank you to Garrett Baxter of Bradford Tomiki Aikido club. He came up and gave us an introduction of sports Aikido. It was great being taken out our comfort zone to see what your style is all about. We look forward to more practices together.
