It is with great regret that the Union has taken the decision to cancel tomorrow's 'Legends’ awards event.

This is due to circumstances far beyond the control of the Students’ Union and we are as disappointed as anyone.

We expect to host our guests to an event that is truly brilliant and in light of the recent circumstances it became obvious to us that we simply would not have met those standards if we had pressed ahead.

We hope to be able to celebrate the brilliant students and staff in the near future. We shall communicate the alternative arrangements as soon as we can secure commitments that mean we can deliver an event that reflects the status of these awards.

We apologise for the disappointment and for any inconvenience that this decision has caused.
