What an incredible journey January through to August has been. ❤️

It’s been such a joy watching our little ducklings grow, learn, and thrive. Together we’ve explored so many wonderful topics, shared countless smiles and laughter, and created memories that I’ll treasure.

As one chapter comes to a close, another begins. I now have a big and exciting project ahead of me, which I’m hoping to complete over the next four weeks.

So, for now, this childminder is officially off duty. Thank you to all of my wonderful families for your support, trust, and for allowing me to be part of your children’s journey. Wishing you all a fantastic summer, and I’ll see you all soon for our next adventure. 💛🦆

A scrumptious salmon and broccoli stir-fry with noodles, cooked with fresh ginger, spring onions, garlic, soy sauce, and oyster sauce, followed by a creamy chocolate mousse topped with fresh blueberries.”😋😋😋😋

Week’s Lunch

This week’s lunch is a homemade Shepherd’s Pie made with lean chicken mince instead of lamb or beef. The creamy mashed potato topping is blended with cream cheese and finished with a layer of melted mozzarella. For extra flavour, I added Dijon mustard and Worcestershire sauce to give the filling a delicious tangy kick.

Served with a selection of fresh vegetables, followed by a fresh fruit salad featuring doughnut peaches.

Today lunch Cod and parsley fish pie with creamy mashed potatoes and carrots, followed by banana mousse.
