As my first week as Vice-Chancellor comes to a close, I wanted to thank our alumni community for the incredibly warm welcome I've received.

This week has reinforced the strength of the Bradford family and the impact our graduates continue to make around the world.

Throughout my career, I've been passionate about the role universities play in bringing people together, creating opportunity, and helping people, businesses and communities thrive. Our alumni are central to that mission, and I look forward to working with you, learning from you, and writing the next chapter of the University's story together.

This weekend, I'll be exploring some of those ideas in an exclusive blog for HEPI. I hope you'll take a look when it's published on Sunday.

What role do innovative teaching methods, student engagement and artificial intelligence play in improving learning outcomes?

Join us for an online webinar showcasing research from the University of Bradford's Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) programme. Drawing on an in-depth doctoral thesis, the session explores how case-based learning, active participation and digital technologies can enhance learning in undergraduate accounting education, while offering insights that extend far beyond the classroom.

This is a great opportunity for University of Bradford MBA alumni to hear how applied research can address real-world challenges and create meaningful impact for organisations and professionals alike.

During the webinar, you'll hear directly from the researcher, gain practical insights from the findings, and have the opportunity to ask questions during the live Q&A.

Whether you're interested in education, leadership, innovation or simply enjoy hearing about cutting-edge research, we'd love you to join us.
