📢 ATTENTION ALL MEMBERS/PARENTS 📢

I've recently been a bit slack with our own rules, but nows the time to let you all know I'm putting my foot back down, specifically for rule number 1...

NO OUTDOOR SHOES ON THE MATS AT ANYTIME

Over recent months, the mats are deteriorating at a fast rate and this is one of the reasons why. Dirty trainers with stones and what not are being used, we've even picked up small shards of glass too which is a safety hazard for anyone going barefoot along with the MMA guys who train here.

So from now on, this rule is back in full force, I don't care who you are...

THE ONLY THINGS ALLOWED 👇

BOXING BOOTS
SOCKS/BAREFOOT
INDOOR TRAINERS

And by indoor trainers, I'm stating the obvious when I say, these are shoes for indoor use only, can be whatever you want, as long as they are not worn outdoors.

This may seem a bit over the top, but the mats are expensive and not something that can easily just be replaced, let's all respect the gym and respect the rules of the gym, which I've added to this post, so make sure you give them a read and show them to your kids if applicable 🥊
