Bradford Grammar School Parents' Association & Second Hand Uniform

Our final Second Hand Uniform sale for this academic year will be held on Monday 30th June.

12 noon - 5 pm, upstairs in the Brownlee Pavilion.

All second hand items will be sold at fixed prices, and we are able to take payments of cash or card.

Please check sizes carefully before purchasing as trousers and skirts could have been altered resulting in lengths not being as labelled.

We will be taking in any donations of second hand uniform at the sale, please ensure that your donations are washed, free from stains, holes and tears, and are BGS school uniform.
Note - we are no longer taking donations of Canturbury PE kit.

Donations outside of sale times can be placed in the donation box located at the top of the Frizinghall carpark in the shelter.

We are always welcoming of volunteers to help us with the sales themselves and with the sorting through, labelling and hanging of the donations. If you would like to join us on one of the dates to help out, please drop us an email at

Thank you for all the donations coming in. Donations can be brought to one of our sales or left in the donation box in the shelter at the top of the Frizinghall carpark.
Please ensure donations are washed, free from stains, tears and frayed edges, and that they are BGS uniform items.
We are no longer taking donations of Canterbury sports kit at this time and we have paused donations of Clockhouse uniform for the moment due to high stock levels.

Back in February the Parents’ Association announced they would be running a photo competition to celebrate Bradford being the 2025 UK City of Culture.
So we wanted to remind you to get snapping your photo entries! The details on how to enter are on the poster📷🏫🏛⛰🌌📸

WE NEED YOUR HELP!

🎉SPONSORSHIP - Previous year’s sponsors have contributed to the cost of the fair including the programme printing or have donated a raffle prize. In return, you will headline the programme, receive a programme advert and have mentions on both social media and school communications using your logos. We can even display your products at the fair for everyone to see!

🎉PROGRAMME ADVERTS - Our rates are extremely competitive; for colour, we are charging £100 for full A5 & and £50 for half A5 and for a black and white advert the costs are half (£50 full & £25 half). Not only will you be supporting the school, but lots of programs including your advert will be distributed. (Please note all artwork needs to be in PDF format and received by Thursday 10th April)

🎉STALL & HAMPER DONATIONS - We need your help with donations for stalls and for hampers. Donations of Jars, Sweets, Bottles, Chocolates, Teddy Bears, Books, Games & Hamper items are all needed. We will be letting you know the drop off dates for w.c 21st April, but we can accept sooner.

🎉RAFFLE PRIZE DONATIONS - We are also putting out a request for raffle prizes. If a prize is donated from a business, we will happily mention you in the Spring Fair programme.

🎉VOLUNTEERS - Please volunteer to help us on the day of the event. We welcome all volunteers old and new! If you can spare some of your time (for the whole day, or just part of it) we would be really grateful. You will have a chance to look around and enjoy the fair too!

We accept cash 💷 or card 💳. Apologies but refunds cannot be given.
Donations of clean, rip free, BGS uniform accepted at the sale.
Joining us from 10-12 will be the main Parent Association selling tea, coffee and cakes 🥰😋
Donations of cakes/biscuits (nut free please) also accepted 🧁🍪
