Early Years support and training

Working in Early Years is no doubt a rewarding job. Only the people that have worked in this sector understand and appreciate the little joys of having knee hugs, being appreciated and loved through hand made cards and scribbles on papers. Feeling the pride when a child learn something new. Having the excitement of setting up an activity and waiting to see children reactions.

However it can not be denied that alongside all these little joys and happiness this job can be very demanding and difficult.
Early Year staff has to be fully dedicated to their work mentally, physically and emotionally every single day to ensure that children in their care and happy and achieving.

What early year staff need is someone to appreciate and praise all the wonderful work they have done and help and guide them in bringing improvement where needed.

That is what exactly, I would provide my fellow Early Years colleagues.
