Life is quite full on at the minute so I’m taking my time with this new course, but I’m really enjoying working towards The Certificate in Outdoor Emotional Regulation Support to become a ‘Nature Circles’ facilitator.
Looking forward to being able to develop these ideas in my school. 🌳😌

I’m quite happy with these photos- not bad for a 6 year old basic iPhone and a few simple tweaks with Afterlight. But it’s as much about the process as the end result: the act of walking slowly and mindfully looking, happy and focused in the flow state. Definitely an hour well spent. 😊🐞🐛
