Year 9 and 10 Computer Science students have visited the North West Computer Museum in Leigh, Manchester over the last couple of weeks. Theyβve taken part in electronics workshops using Arduinos to create temperature sensors, and programming BBC Microcomputers from the mid-1980s. Theyβve also toured the museum itself, seeing how technology has progressed from the 1970s to today. The museum is in Spinners Mill in Leigh, and is well worth a visit! North West Computer Museum
