On Tuesday we took a number of Year 7 pupils to the Lexus Ilkley Open Tennis Tournament.
Pupils were given the opportunity to experience a tennis coaching session, as well as spectate a professional game.
An amazing day for all!

Hanson are in the semi-finals!
After trailing 2-0, our Year 7 footballers played unbelievably well to win an extremely close game against a very good side. The players should be extremely proud of their determination and drive to succeed!

A huge congratulations to our Hanson 5aSide footballers who had a great experience at a football tournament yesterday.
They were lucky enough to meet two Bradford City professional players, and have been rewarded with some home tickets for themselves and their families for an upcoming league game!

A huge congratulations to our Year 7 footballers who were successful in their final group game this afternoon.
The boys were successful, winning 4-2 in a great game of football. A hattrick from Arthur, and a single goal for Coben. A great team performance throughout.
The boys also had local Bradford City hero, Bobby Pointon who was excellent with the lads, cheering on his younger cousin Harry, along with his teammates.
Roll on the quarter finals! Mr Hastie is extremely proud of everyone's efforts.

On Friday, our U13 cricketers visited the brand-new Yorkshire County Cricket indoor dome at Park Avenue, Bradford. Throughout this event, Hanson competed against Carlton Bolling, Immanuel and Bradford Academy.
Across 10 over games, Hanson were victorious in two out of three games.

A fantastic couple of evenings, celebrating our extra-curricular results!
On Tuesday, our Year 8 footballers recorded another dominant win, with excellent performances from all!
This evening, our U15 cricketers were also victorious, with a brilliant all round performance.

An amazing evening for our U13 female Footballers who were incredible in tonight’s fixture!
This was a fantastic team performance, in torrential winter conditions at Parkside.
Hattricks from both Maisie and Georgie, as well as D’Ior contributing with one goal.

A thrilling encounter for our Year 7 footballers who bounced back from a disappointing start of being 5-0 down.
Plenty of positives including goals from Harry, Arthur M, Arthur P and Coben.
Well done to the TSS who were deserved winners on the night.
