Lessons to be learnt from Khabib Nurmagomedov (Habib Nur Muhammad)’s career;
• Before strengthening your body, first learn to strengthen your heart and spirit by submitting to God.
• Always attribute your success to the almighty for without Him, you are nothing
• Truly understand what it means to be a role model and recognise the consequences of your actions
• Be a proper ‘Muhammadan’ representative by not only representing the people of your country or race, but over 2 billion Muslims worldwide
• Never chase material success and most importantly, do not let your wealth, power, fame or connections consume you by making you arrogant.
• Stay forever humble as our noble Prophet ﷺ said, ‘Modesty (humility) is not found in anything except that it beautifies it’. And our brother Khabib is truly beautiful.
• Always respect and honour your parents for they are your ticket to Jannah. You are their legacy. So make it a memorable one.
Forget the fight. Remember the legacy.

A woman came to Musa (AS) and she said to him: Oh Musa, you are able to speak to Allah directly, and you are His messenger, so ask Allah to grant me a child for I have tried for years, and I wish for Allah to grant me a child.
Musa (AS) asked Allah (SWT), and Allah said: oh Musa, I have already written her infertile. So Musa (AS) returned to the woman and told her of what Allah has said: that you are infertile. It was God's Will and God's Will is unchangeable.
Time passed and the woman came again. She said: Oh Musa, ask Allah to grant me a child. So Musa asked Allah again. And again, Allah (SWT) said: I have written her infertile. There is no child written for her. And again, Musa (AS) told the woman. And she returned home with a heavy, sad heart.
And after a year, that same woman came back to Musa (AS) carrying a child. Musa (AS), in wonder, asked: who's child are you carrying oh servant of Allah? She said: this is my son. He said: How? Didn't Allah write you as an infertile woman? She said: yes, but I continued to supplicate to Allah and He is Raheem (Merciful); I said oh Raheem grant me a child and He did.
So Musa (AS) spoke to Allah and said: Ya Allah, I spoke to you regarding this woman but you said that you have written her infertile. How has she been granted a son?
Allah (SWT) said: Oh Musa, every time I write that she is infertile, she says ya Raheem. I write and she says, until My Mercy surpassed My Will and I granted her a child.

Marriage Secrets 🌹
_Secret 1_
Everyone you marry has a weakness. Only Allah does not have a weakness. So if you focus on your spouse's weakness you can't get the best out of his/her strength.
_Secret 2_
Everyone has a dark history. No one is an angel. When you get married or you want to get married stop digging into someone's past. What matters most is the present life of your partner. Old things have passed away. Forgive and forget. Focus on the present and the future.
_Secret 3_
Every marriage has its own challenges. Marriage is not a bed of roses. Every good marriage has gone through its own test of blazing fire. True love proves in times of challenges. Fight for your marriage. Make up your mind to stay with your spouse in times of need. Remember the vow For better for worse. In sickness and in health be there.
_Secret 4_
Every marriage has different levels of success. Don't compare your marriage with any one else. We can never be equal. Some will be far, some behind. To avoid marriage stresses, be patient, work hard and with time your marriage dreams shall come true.

To get married is declaring war. When you get married you must declare war against enemies of marriage. Some enemies of marriage are:
Ignorance
Prayerlessness
Unforgiveness
Third party influence
Stinginess
Stubbornness
Lack of love
Rudeness
Laziness
Disrespect
Cheating
Be ready to fight to maintain your marriage zone.

There is no perfect marriage. There is no ready made marriage. Marriage is hard work. Volunteer yourself to work daily on it. Marriage is like a car that needs proper maintenance and proper service. If this is not done it will break down somewhere exposing the owner to danger or some unhealthy circumstances. Let us not be careless about our marriages.

Allah doesn't give you a complete person you desire. He gives you the person in the form of raw materials in order for you to mould the person that you desire. This can only be achieved through prayer, love and patience.
_Secret 8_
Getting married is taking a huge risk. You can not predict what will happen in the future. Situations may change so leave room for adjustments. A husband can lose his good job or a wife may fail to have babies. All these require you to be prayerful otherwise you might divorce.
_Secret 9_
Marriage is a contract. It is meant to be life long. It needs total commitment. Love is the glue that sticks the couple together. Divorce start in the mind and the devil feeds the mind. Never ever entertain thoughts of getting a divorce. Never threaten your spouse with divorce. Choose to remain married. Allah dislikes divorce.
_Secret 10_
Every marriage has a price to pay. Marriage is like a bank account. It is the money that you deposit that you withdraw. If you don't deposit love, peace and care into your marriage, you are not a candidate for a blissful home.
*So today let us pray for our marriages and ask Allah to help us where we are lacking in the marriage. Send to those you care about because you never know who you may be helping. May Allah bless you all.*
