⚽️ Year 9 boys put on a show! ⚽️

Our Year 9 Football team put on a masterclass last night, securing a massive 9-0 victory for BBEC in their second game of the season! 🤩 The lads were absolutely unstoppable from the first whistle to the last, showing incredible teamwork, clinical finishing, and a rock-solid clean sheet.

A massive shoutout to Kyo W, who took home the Man of the Match award after a breathtaking 5-goal performance! That brings his unbelievable tally to 7 goals in just two games.🔥

It wasn’t just a one-man show—the goals were flying in from all over the pitch. Congratulations to Jack W, Layton S (who now has 3 goals in two games!), Kiyan N, and Blake B for all getting their names on the scoresheet! 🎯

📅 We look to keep this incredible momentum going in our next league fixture. We face Immanuel on Monday, 12th October back at BBEC 🎉

🎉🥚 Re-Connect Egg Drop Challenge! 🥚🎉

Our Re-Connect students put their teamwork, communication and problem-solving skills to the test today in an exciting Egg Drop Challenge! 🚀

Students had to design and build a way to protect their egg from cracking when dropped from a first-floor balcony. Through collaboration, creative thinking and determination, they carefully planned their designs, tested ideas and adapted their approaches to give their egg the best chance of survival.

We were incredibly impressed by the way students supported one another, shared ideas and demonstrated resilience throughout the challenge. 👏💡 A fantastic example of learning beyond the classroom and developing the skills that will help our students succeed in the future. Well done to everyone involved! ⭐ 🏆🥚🚀

SENDiVERSE Festival is back this October half-term, with 71 activities taking place across Bradford District from Saturday 24th to Saturday 31st October.

Created for children and young people with SEND, their families and communities, SENDiVERSE is packed with opportunities to try something new, get creative and have fun. From scuba diving, LEGO building and pumpkin trails to forest adventures, music-making, sensory play, storytelling, crafts and much more, there’s something for a wide range of ages and interests, including older teenagers and young adults. Activities are taking place across the Bradford District and most are completely free.

There’s so much to discover this year. Get creative with lantern making, find your rhythm in drumming workshops, express yourself through poetry or dive into a new adventure with sub-aqua sessions.
