🐑 This week was Sheep Scanning Day!

One of the most exciting days in the farming calendar — finding out how many lambs we’re expecting this spring 🌱

There’s always a mix of nerves and excitement as we see the results… and it’s looking like a busy lambing season ahead! 👀🐑

That means Lambing Live experiences will be available in just one month — your chance to see what really happens behind the scenes during this special (and very busy!) time on the farm.

🌾 Exciting news for local schools! 🐑

We’ve recently been granted funding to offer local primary and secondary schools the opportunity to visit our working sheep farm for a hands-on educational experience — and we couldn’t be more excited to share this with children in our area.

We are currently offering:

🐑 Sheep Herding Sessions – A fun, team-based challenge that builds communication and confidence.

🐑 Lambing Tour – A behind-the-scenes look at lambing season (available for a limited time from the end of March).

🌾 Curriculum-Linked Farm Tours – Exploring food production, animal welfare and life on a working farm.

This is a fantastic opportunity to give children real insight into farming and the countryside.
