Our allotment really is the gift that keeps on giving! 🌱🍅

Just look at the harvest that Harvest Holiday Club have picked! 😍 And this is only the beginning; there are hundreds more green tomatoes still growing, ready to ripen over the next few weeks.

There’s nothing quite like growing, picking and enjoying food straight from the allotment. ❤️🌿

🎭😂 Comedy in Action! 😂🎭

Our holiday club performers have been showing off their amazing acting skills through a hilarious comedy sketch — all without saying a word! 🤫🎬

From pretending to go down escalators to falling through trap doors, their facial expressions, body language, timing and imagination brought the whole performance to life! 👏🤣

So much creativity, confidence and laughter from our brilliant young performers! 🌟🎭

We still have two weeks left of holiday camp so if you are running out of things to do, Miss Fazey and the team will keep you busy!

🍦✨ Enterprise Week – Year 4! ✨🍦

Our Year 4 pupils have been busy putting their creativity and teamwork to the test by creating their very own advert for their delicious ice lollies! 🎬🎤

From planning and filming to delivering their persuasive sales pitch, they've shown fantastic entrepreneurial skills, confidence and imagination. We think they've done an amazing job!

A huge shout out to Ascot Round Table once again for generously funding our allotment classroom! 🌱💚

We are incredibly grateful for their support in helping us create this fantastic outdoor learning space. Thanks to their generosity, our students are putting in a huge amount of effort growing their own fruit and vegetables, learning valuable skills along the way.

This year's crops include cucumbers, courgettes, tomatoes, peppers, kale, sweetcorn, potatoes, broccoli, strawberries, beetroot... and that's just to name a few! 🍅🥒🌽🍓🥔

It's wonderful to see the enthusiasm, teamwork and pride our students have in caring for the allotment, and none of this would have been possible without Ascot Round Table's support.

Thank you for helping us grow something truly special and helping us live life in all its fulness! 🌿

🌱🥔 Our Allotment Success! 🥔🌱

We are so proud of our children, who have worked hard to grow delicious fruit and veg in our allotment. Our Year 2's have worked really hard on growing their lettuce and potatoes and yesterday, they had the opportunity to sell their harvest and raised an amazing £29! 🎉

All proceeds will go straight back into our allotment fund, helping us to continue developing this wonderful outdoor learning space for our children.

A huge thank you to everyone who supported the sale and helped make it a success. Your support means so much and helps our young gardeners see the rewards of their hard work. We will have lots more produce in the next few weeks💚

🍎 Is your child experiencing challenges around food or eating?

We're hosting a friendly and supportive workshop with our School Nursing Team to share practical tips, advice, and strategies for helping children who may be finding mealtimes, trying new foods, or eating habits difficult.

This is a great opportunity to learn more, ask questions, and connect with other parents and carers.

📢 A plea from our children... 📢

"We need your help!"

Our Summer Fair is fast approaching, and we still need more volunteers to help make it a fantastic day for all the children. The PTA works hard throughout the year to raise funds that directly benefit our school, but we can only do it with the support of our wonderful parent community.

If you can spare some time to help at the Summer Fair, or would like to support the PTA in any way, please speak to a member of the PTA or send the school a message via Studybugs.

Just a gentle reminder that our first workshop is next Monday!

We know lots of you were keen to attend in person, and following feedback we’re pleased to confirm these sessions will now be running online to make it easier for everyone to join.

📅 Live sessions on Microsoft Teams:
• 18th May, 11:00am–12:00pm
• 22nd June, 11:00am–12:00pm

This is really insightful training led by Beyond Autism, and something we would highly recommend to anyone looking to deepen their understanding and develop personalised strategies to use at home.
