We have been using social media for some time to showcase the amazing activities our staff and children do every day, as well as celebrating individual, nursery and group achievements.
After a careful review we have decided to rationalise our online presence, and as of 16th February all posts will only be shared on our ‘Complete Childcare Nurseries’ page on Facebook and Instagram, and ‘Nursery Jobs in Complete Childcare’ on Facebook.

Yesterday we all enjoyed a delicious Christmas dinner prepared and cooked by our wonderful kitchen team Josh and Tyla 😋🍽️
The children created festive accessories for their lunch such as party hats and name cards before sitting down for their meal🎄
It was lovely to share this social moment with one another and to remember that this time of year is all about bringing joy, embracing friendships and making memories ✨

Throwback Thursday 🕰️

‘Tis the season to be rummaging through your attic, and whilst digging through ours, in a tiny little cupboard, kept safe for sooo many years, we found some ‘Summer Holiday’ art work from 2001 & 2002! 😱

📢 Celebrating our latest staff progression… Let us introduce our official management team! 🥁

Beau as you know became manager in September this year and we are now pleased to confirm Vicki Evans has been promoted to Deputy Manager, she has been with Bramley Wood for over 15 years, during this time she has lead our pre-school, become our SENCO and third in charge before heading off on MAT leave, we hope you will all join us in welcoming Vicki back into her new role ✨

We would also like to announce that both Becca Smith and Ali Munnis have taken on the joint role of Third in Charge!
Ali has been a huge part of our 0-2s unit for over 5 years and goes above and beyond not only to support her team but also share her knowledge with other nurseries within the CCL family, Ali will continue to lead the 0-2’s whilst having the opportunity to extend her knowledge in her new role within the management team.
Becca has been with us for over 11 years and is a familiar face within the management team, most recently taking on temporary roles, always showing an eagerness to take on new roles and responsibilities whilst also being our Oaks lead. With the new shared role, Becca will be able to continue with her passion of school readiness, support fellow 2-5’s colleagues and continue her management progression ✨

Thirty Years of Little Laughs ✨

For thirty years, our doors have swung,
To songs that tiny voices sung,
To clapping hands and muddy shoes,
And crayon rainbows’ joyful hues.

We’ve watched small feet take steady strides,
With giggles echoing far and wide,
Each tear soon met with soft embrace—
Each smile a light that fills this place.

The toys may fade, the walls may change,
But love stays constant, never strange.
We’ve held the hands of mums and dads,
Through sleepy starts and days gone mad.

Together we have learned and grown,
A family, though not our own.
Each little heart, so bright, so new,
Leaves bits of sunshine shining through.

Forever exploring 👩🏻‍🔬🌋🦕
One of our scientist mummies came in to discuss her job making medicines for when we feel poorly. This lead to discussions with the children about everything science, and we even decided to do our own science experiments, exploring volcanos and different eruptions 🌋
Whilst the preschoolers explored science, the babies enjoyed looking at dinosaurs, exploring a tuff tray with different textures, materials and stories 🦕
