Looking for your first baby class but not sure where to start?

Maybe you’d love to get out of the house, meet some other mums and do something lovely with your baby… but the thought of walking into a big group where everyone seems to know each other already isn’t exactly appealing.

That’s why my baby classes are deliberately small, relaxed and supportive.

There are just 6 mums in each class, so you’ll never disappear into the back of a busy room.

And there’s no expectation that your baby will behave like a tiny, perfectly scheduled angel either. Feed them. Change them. Cuddle them. Let them sleep. We work around the babies, not the other way round.

Choose from:

Baby Massage | 6 weeks - 3 months
A gentle first baby class where you’ll learn massage techniques to help you bond, relax together and support things like wind and common discomforts.

Baby Massage & Yoga | 3 - 5 months
For babies who are getting stronger, wrigglier and much more interested in the world, with massage, movement, stretching, strengthening and developmental play.

Both are relaxed 4-week courses with longer sessions, time to actually chat, tea, coffee and biscuits, a private WhatsApp group and plenty of support from me along the way.

Because I don’t just want you to learn some lovely things to do with your baby.

I want you to leave feeling more confident, more supported, and hopefully with a few new mum friends too.

So many messages about how we cope camping in a tent for 3 weeks in the UK with 2 kids…and why we do it!

ā€œYou must be madā€. Nope. Just prepared! We’re doing a mini UK tour staying at 3 campsites in parts of the U.K. we’ve never explored. And so far, it is amazing.

We started when our youngest was 2 and now we’re addicted, and prefer this to going for 1 week self catering to Greece (and we’ve saved about Ā£4000!).

Have you tried camping? What would you add? Any questions? Pop them below!

PS. The whistling kettle is just to practice patience really. It takes forever to boil.

PPS. Forgot to add ā€˜the biggest tent you can afford/carry/put up

šŸ‘¶šŸ¤°Your body. Your baby. Your birth.

Why let someone else make decisions about your birth?

You always have a choice.

Be informed. Ask questions.

* Why?
* What are the benefits and risks?
* What does this mean for me?
* What does the evidence say?
* Are there any alternatives?
* What happens if we wait or do nothing?
* Is this recommendation based on my circumstances?

Take a breath.

Gather the information.

Then ask yourself…

What do I want?

This is why I’m so passionate about hypnobirthing.

It’s not hippy. It’s science.

It’s understanding how your mind and body work together during birth. It’s knowing your rights, making informed decisions and having the confidence to speak up when something doesn’t feel right.

Birth won’t always go to plan, but you can still have a positive experience when you understand your options and feel involved in the decisions being made.

And you don’t have to do it alone.

I’ll be there to help you make sense of the information, talk through your choices and remind you that this is your birth.

Of course, you can do all of this without me.

Or… you could do it with me by your side.

Baby massage isn’t really about massage.

It’s about slowing down.

It’s about learning your baby’s cues, understanding what they’re trying to tell you and building confidence in yourself as a parent.

It’s about taking an hour out of the chaos to simply be with your baby.

No pressure.
No judgement.
No perfect parents.

Just a small group of mums, a warm welcome and a space where you can breathe, chat (or not!), and realise you’re not doing this alone.

You’ll learn techniques to help with wind, colic, constipation, teething and relaxation.

But what I hope you leave with is so much more than that.

Confidence.
Connection.
Friendships.
And the reassurance that you’re doing an incredible job.

Pregnancy can make it feel like everyone has an opinion about what you should do.

It can leave you questioning yourself before you’ve even met your baby.

You deserve something different. Personal.

I want you to walk into birth trusting yourself and your birth partner, understanding your choices, and knowing that whatever path your birth takes, you’re in control and supported.

If this is the kind of support you’re looking for, I’m here for you.

Jack joins our family in just a few weeks, and it’s reminding me so much of preparing for a new baby. šŸ¤šŸ¾

I’ve bought all the ā€œthingsā€, read the advice, and feel as prepared as I can be… but I also know the reality will be completely different!

Whether it’s a baby or a puppy, I think it’s all about mindset. Expect the learning curve, embrace the chaos, and enjoy the journey.

Puppy parents… what’s your number one tip before Jack comes home? 🐶
