Year 3 had a wonderful trip to Marwell Zoo this week!

The children enjoyed exploring the different animals and took part in a workshop in the Tropical House, where they discovered what it is like to live in a rainforest habitat.

It was a fantastic opportunity to learn more about wildlife and the importance of conservation. 🦁🌿🐒

Year 3 had a fantastic time during their Ancient Greek Day, fully immersing themselves in life in Ancient Greece. The children enjoyed learning to read the Greek alphabet and were excited to try speaking some Greek with Mrs Drakos, including introducing themselves and naming colours. They got creative making traditional head wreaths and decorating designs inspired by Greek pottery patterns. The day ended with great enthusiasm as pupils took part in their own mini–Olympic Games, showing teamwork and determination. It was a fun and memorable experience that brought their learning to life.
