This past weekend we held our fifth Mill Hill Congress at Copthall School in Pursley Road. A Standard play tournament composed of 5 rounds of 60 + 30. Played over 2 days (with copious amounts of coffee consumed), the competition was tough! U1700 Winners (3-way tie) with 4/5 points - Jacob Lui, John Carter, William Ellinger U1900 Winner with 5/5 points - Oliver Finnegan U2400 Winner with 4.5/5 points - Frankie Badacsonyi

A beautiful turnout at the Holiday Inn Kensington this weekend, with a windfall of titled players for our September Tournament. During a very solemn time in Central London, it was incredible to see players from all over the world coming together over the board. A long, but very successful day!

Second week of Coaching for our one group of Beginners, and a whole new class of recruits started this morning too.

Making sure those foundations are solid before moving onwards and upwards!
