Where are the Elmers?

Where are the Elmers? We're a family of 4 + Coco who started world schooling part-time in 2012 & Home Ed full-time in 2022.

The children have since gone back to school but we hope we can still have our adventures from time to time. Since Canada in 2012, we have:
house swapped in France
travelled by electric car for 3 mths to Croatia
wild camped in the Outer Hebrides
spent a summer in Spain
Our next destination for this summer is in the south of France. When my daughter transitioned to secondary school in 2021 it was

apparent that she learns better at home in her own unique way so in early 2022 we decided to home educate her full-time. We have done Flexi, home ed when moving house, and world schooling as well as lockdown learning so it wasn't too much of an upheaval! We're now getting into the swing of things and she would like to share our adventures of travelling and home education through this channel. Lastly, we try and follow the 'Exploring nature for children curriculum' by Lynn Sneddon and will share our lessons here as my daughter learns video editing.

We took our rearranged NYE 24-hour trip to London on Friday. Thanks to Freddy cashing in his points, we stayed at the gorgeous 5 star Fitzroy Hotel, followed the next day by watching The Play That Goes Wrong, which was as chaotic and hilarious as we expected.
We haven't been able to travel much recently due to Ava's health but this was a lovely much needed escape.
We are hoping to get away this Christmas, no idea where yet!
