Introducing Strength Foundations 💪
We all start somewhere and although all our classes are designed to suit beginners, we wanted to create a class for those that need a bit more support, including:
- Beginners / those still building confidence
- Older adults
- Post-injury
- Pregnant women (continuing to lift)
- Post-natal women
If this sounds like it could be for you, pop us a DM and we’ll be in touch

In the lead up to competition, many lifters fall into the same pattern:
Trying to add weight each week
Letting fatigue accumulate
Missing lifts and over-shooting.
Without planned progression and proper fatigue management, performance becomes unpredictable
If you want to show up at your best, it has to be planned.
That's exactly what our 12 week novice comp programme is designed to do.
Add the programme onto your Novice Comp entry and show up your strongest 💪🏼 - DM for more info
