Lovely blue sky in Bournemouth and it is WARM but Palace Court Theatre AUB is delightfully cool in this weather.....buildings without windows come into their own in a heatwave!!

This building actually has 5 levels, you'd never know from the outside.

How prepared is our community for the challenges ahead?

This event brings together residents, community groups and local organisations to watch People’s Emergency Briefing – a powerful short film outlining the risks climate change poses to our health, infrastructure and daily lives.

After the screening, BCP will host an open discussion on what this means for our area and how we can work together to build a more resilient and prepared community. BCP are seeking panellists from the community to be part of this discussion. If you'd like to be a panellist, please email [email protected] to register your interest.

This film is suitable for over-16s only.

This is Martin standing on the Palace Court Theatre stage, holding a picture of himself performing in the exact same spot 50 years ago! ❤️

Martin really enjoyed searching the old pictures on the walls, curated by TheGallery AUB , looking for familiar faces from his time with Bournemouth Little Theatre. He also bought some old programmes and posters for us to add to our catalogue.

We love hearing from people about their memories and experiences of Palace Court Theatre over its 96 year history. As the oldest building in the AUB Estate, Palace Court Theatre is held very warmly in many people hearts as a place of creating and seeing great theatre and film.

Did you see anyone famous perform on the stage at Palace Court Theatre?

We know Christopher Neame performed A Voyage Round my Father here in the 60s/70s. 🎭
