Submit now and bring your research into the conversation at TTRA Europe 2027 in Bournemouth.
Next in our October Track Chair spotlight series is Dr Truc H. Le, Senior Lecturer in the Department of Tourism and Marketing at Griffith University, introducing:
Authenticity, Cultural Heritage and Technology Mediated Tourism Experiences
In this video, Truc introduces a track exploring how authenticity is being constructed and experienced as cultural heritage, technology, social values and innovation increasingly intersect.
The track welcomes research on areas including digital heritage and storytelling, immersive technologies, artificial intelligence, place identity, community voices, visitor engagement, and the responsible design of meaningful and socially sustainable tourism experiences.
If your research connects with these themes, this is your opportunity to share your work, meet our Track Chair, connect with like minded researchers and practitioners, exchange ideas, and contribute to conversations about how tourism experiences can remain meaningful, authentic and socially responsible in a rapidly changing technological environment.
