Welcome to our new Year 7s joining us in September! We have a fun and exciting day planned for you that will help you feel prepared and confident for the start of your journey with us.
We are looking forward to seeing you all at Transition Evening later today. Please be reminded of the following arrival times:
Anvil, Calshot, Hurst
– Arrival from 5.00pm
– Talk begins at 5.30pm
Kingswear, Portland, Trinity
– Arrival from 6.00pm
– Talk begins at 6.30pm

Final Reminder: Submit Your Child’s Data via Arbor
Thank you to all Parents & Carers who have already logged into Arbor and submitted the required information ahead of your child joining us this September.
A small number of families have yet to complete this. Although the deadline has now passed, we kindly ask you to log in and submit the required data as soon as possible to help us ensure a smooth transition.

STEPS TO ASPIRE TASK 5!
Complete the Microsoft form ‘Task 5 - Resilience Riddles’. For this task, you will be required to solve a number of riddles. Within the task, you will be asked to find the answers to a number of riddles, showing how you are RESILIENT!
Don't forget to submit your riddles before Wednesday 25 June.

STEPS TO ASPIRE TASK 4!
Plant and grow sunflowers from seeds. By nurturing the growth of sunflowers from seed, you will demonstrate that you are INDEPENDENT. This representation can be compared to your journey at The Bourne Academy.
Don't forget to send a picture of your Sunflower in before Wednesday 18 June.

By navigating your route to and from The Academy, you will become more PHYSICALLY LITERATE. Take a picture in front of the Academy main gates with your chosen mode of travel and complete the online form.
