DWP - SIA Pre-employment Interview Day - 6th May 2026.
A huge well done to everyone who took part in this course run in partnership with DWP Dorset.
You have all come a long way, and I hope you are proud of what you have achieved.
Every single one of you has been offered at least two full interviews and employment opportunities once you receive your badges.
It has been fantastic to see you grow and develop over the past few weeks.
Both Allan and I are very pleased with what you have accomplished. Onwards and upwards!
I consider this a significant success and wish you all the very best for the future.
I also want to extend a huge thank you to the employers who generously gave their time to conduct micro-interviews with each of our candidates and for offering them either immediate employment or opportunities once they have their licences granted.
Thank you to Darren from ASC, Jordan from Vanguard, Terry from Insight and Samun from TSS for giving up their valuable time to be part of this project.
