Organising study days and socials for East and West BU student midwives.
BU Midwifery Society was founded in September 2015 in the hope to bring together students across both East and West campuses, hold study days, socials, revision sessions and raise money for local charities, along with creating new friendships! We won the SUBU award for Best New Club/Society in 2015/16 and were thrilled to have our achievements recognised. This year, we hope to continue the societies success!

So excited for this next week, would love to see as many student Midwives as possible, such a good insight into the maternity services in Australia and also about choice of birth which is such a hot topic at the moment!
Join us for another documentary screening, this time of The Face of Birth- an Australian film about pregnancy, childbirth, motherhood and choice. The film aims to explore how women are impacted when their choice of place of birth is respected by following the stories of five women planning to birth at home.
