🏉 Exciting New Opportunity at Carmela Coady Childcare – Rugbytots Started This Monday! 🏉

We are delighted to announce that Rugbytots has and will continue to be joining us at Carmela Coady Childcare every Monday, bringing a fantastic new physical development programme to our children!

At Carmela Coady Childcare, we are always looking for ways to enrich our children's learning experiences and provide exciting opportunities that support their growth and development. Rugbytots is a fun, energetic programme specifically designed for young children, helping them build confidence, coordination, balance, agility, and teamwork skills through engaging rugby-inspired activities.

These sessions are not about competitive rugby; they focus on developing fundamental movement skills through imaginative games and structured play in a safe and supportive environment. Children will have the opportunity to:

✨ Improve their gross motor skills

✨ Build confidence and self-esteem

✨ Develop listening and social skills

✨ Learn teamwork and cooperation

✨ Stay active while having lots of fun!

Physical development is a key part of the Early Years Foundation Stage, and we are excited to offer our children this wonderful opportunity as part of our commitment to providing the very best experiences possible.

Our little explorers stepped back in time for a ROAR-some dinosaur fossils activity! 🦖🦴

The children had so much fun making fossils, discovering, and learning all about prehistoric creatures. They showed amazing curiosity and teamwork throughout the activity.

It was wonderful to see their imaginations come alive as they shared their dinosaur knowledge and created their own mini fossil discoveries!

A big well done to all our budding paleontologists! 🌟

🐠 Oceanarium Adventure! ✨

What a fintastic day our little explorers had at the oceanarium! From spotting colourful fish to watching graceful rays glide through the water, every moment was filled with wonder and excitement. 🐟💙

The children were amazed by the underwater world and loved learning about all the different sea creatures. It was a day full of curiosity, smiles, and unforgettable memories!

🎉 Just 15 days to Go Until Red Nose Day! 🎉

We are excited to share that there is now just 15 days to go until Red Nose Day for Comic Relief! This is a wonderful opportunity for our nursery community to come together, have some fun, and most importantly support an incredibly important cause. ❤️

Comic Relief works tirelessly to support vulnerable people and communities both here in the UK and around the world. The charity helps tackle issues such as child poverty, mental health challenges, domestic abuse, homelessness, and food insecurity. By supporting Comic Relief, we are helping to make a real difference in the lives of children and families who need it most.

This is another meaningful way we can support families within our own community who may be experiencing hardship.

At Carmela Coady Childcare, we believe it is so important for children to learn the values of kindness, generosity, and helping others. Taking part in Comic Relief not only raises essential funds but also helps us model compassion and community spirit to the children in our care.

🎃✨ Fizzy Pumpkins Fun! ✨🎃

Our little scientists had a spook-tacular time exploring Fizzy Pumpkins today! 🧡🧪
With just a sprinkle of magic (baking soda, vinegar, and imagination!), the pumpkins came to life; bubbling, fizzing, and sparking so much curiosity and excitement!

This activity is a fantastic way to:
👃 Explore the senses
🧠 Encourage early science skills
🎨 Build on curiosity and language
