The Plague ultra by MudCrew complete! 61 miles, 13000ft elevation 15hr, 48mins. It was a tough race with but they always are. Biggest distance since the Arc of Attrition in January and third ultra event in 3 months, so feet up for a bit!

Shropshire Mammathon, first race since the Arc. Very hilly and muddy, but chuffed (and a bit surprised!) to finish 8th out of 270

First time back at a race since the Arc of Attrition, but volunteering this time at .co Lulworth Cove marathon and 55k. Met some awesome people on the day and it's always good to spend some time on the other side of a race and give some support back to the community. Seeing so many people pushing to their limits just makes you want to get back out there!

And the after photos! 52 miles, four peaks and 10,000ft ascent later, me and Lakey crossed the line in 14.5 hours. Unbelievable humidity made it a tough day in the mountains, but we got it done.
You can see my shorts are shiny with vaseline by this point 😂
