Hannah has level 2 (2010) and 3 (2012) in Children's Care Learning and Development. With 16 years of experience, also including working in a special educational school. Hannah has first aid, channel awareness, links, letter and sounds, SEN training, introduction to the EYFS, awareness of sign language, understanding breast feeding, understanding babies and come talk with me. Claire has her NVQ level 3 (2015) in Childcare. She also has first aid, safeguarding , food safety, channel awareness training. Claire has worked in childcare for 10 years. June 2021-Pre-School

Kat has her level 2 (2005) in Pre-School practice, she also has first aid, effective safeguarding, blossoming babies, food safety improving children's learning through play, characteristics of effective leaders, promoting positive behaviours, equality and inclusion, EYFS guidance and child neglect. Amber joined the team as a Level 3 apprentice. Amber has first aid, safeguarding children, health and safety, breast ironing, the prevent duty and British values, introduction to the EYFS, disadvantaged families, biting in Early Years, children's mental health and awareness of sign language. March 2023- Babies
Jess has level 2 (2009) and level 3 (2011) in Children's Care and Education. She also has first aid, safeguarding, multi-agency working, food safety, characteristics of effective teaching and learning, blossoming babies, lets create in a world of play, the prevent duty and British value breast ironing and female ge***al mutilation. February 2023-Toddlers
Pam has level 2 in Early Years. She has first aid, the prevent duty, promoting positive behaviour, prevent awareness, safeguarding, manual handling for childcare, witchcraft, breast ironing, biting, blossoming babies, health and safety, characteristics of effective teaching and learning, introduction to the EYFS, planning, outcomes and cohort tracking, maths and literacy, child sexual exploitation, handling difficult conversations with parents, child protection, food safety and female ge***al mutilation. Emma has her level 3 (2015) she is the room leader of the Toddlers. She is our Deputy Designated safeguarding lead. Emma, has first aid, food hygiene, introduction to the EYFS, witchcraft and Level 3 safeguarding training. July 2024- Babies
Chester gained their level 3 (2024) and is booked onto first aid. August 2024- Pre-School
Cordelia is working towards her level 2 and is booked on to first aid. August 2024- Toddlers
Mia joined the team. Mia has her level 1 (2023) and level 2 (2024) in Early Years. Mia has safeguarding training, health and safety and food hygiene. August 2024- Pre-School
Ashleigh has level 5 (2021), level 3 (2017) and level 2 (2014) in Early Years. Ashleigh is our Special Educational Needs Co-Ordinator and Designated Safeguarding Lead. She has first aid, food hygiene and behaviour management training. September 2024- Babies
Sue joined the team. Sue is our Deputy Manager. Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead, Baby room lead and Curriculum lead. Sue qualified level 3 (1999) and completed the level 4 (2008) and level 3 management (2009). Sue has first aid, food hygiene, working together to narrow the gap, sustained shared thinking, making sense of autism, attachment awareness, Inclusion, British values, Early help, effective use of Early Years pupil premium, understanding and addressing behaviour, Prevent duty and effective safeguarding practice. Sue has 30 years of experience and was contracted by BCP to support Early Years settings to raise standards, write and deliver training. All staff have in house training and in depth inductions. Today we got to go and say congratulations ๐ฅณ to two of our parents who have just opened Holey Moley Cafe on Wimborne Road.
We were greeted with lots of smiles ๐ and even given ice lollies (for staff and children โบ๏ธ) to enjoy in their super clean, air conditioned cafe โ๏ธ ๐ฝ๏ธ
