The first 100 Minutes of Movent with BH Live Active challenge winner is Anya, our Starfish Bournemouth Mentor! 👑🎉🎉 She has been able to complete over 300 minutes of movement over the weekend by doing Pilates and by going out for a long walk at the beautiful RHS Garden Wisley!

If you want to get involved we have some Weekly Activity Trackers at our AIMCentral building on Kinson Road. Likewise, you can also speak to Wes or Anya about getting your very own Weekly Activity Tracker. 🙂
