Pure and simple. Beautiful Mother Nature 🙏🏼
This is where life exists and thrives. This is where we feel…this is where we recharge - outside in the world 🌍 We are the lucky ones and I am grateful 🙏🏼 ###

Full moon bowls energising under the full moon…

Three is the magic number…we plant things in the ground in groups of threes as we plant seeds in threes into our soul.

Thank you, thank you, thank you…

Try this…

I relax my whole body, my whole body is relaxed, my whole body is c o m p l e t e l y
r e l a x e d…

The power of three…in savasana relax each body part as per above from your toes all the way up your body to feel utterly relaxed…

Healing takes place in true relaxation.

DM for all things bowls, relaxation or yoga - if you would like to see these bowls or any of my bowls please message to make an appointment 🙏🏼

Singing bowl sound meditation...

Release the week...ease into the weekend...

Strike your bowl and follow the sound
focus - concentrate on the sound...u n t i l you just can't hear it anymore...

If you can - breathe long, slow and deep though the nose into the belly.

DM for anything singing bowl, yoga or meditation

I can’t resist sharing a little sneak peek - these two are gorgeous 25cm full moon bowls 🌝

💫 Long lasting sound and vibrations making them ideal for both massage and sound bath

💫 They really are the best bowls I’ve handled that aren’t antique bowls
