Our pub Poker league players can play for free (except for the Boscombe Con Club & Spectrum Academy which has a £1 entry fee) and have fun while testing their poker skills in real tournament play.

Starting from next Tuesday (3rd May 2022), poker returns back to the Boscombe area courtesy of Poker nights.
Tuesdays at the Spectrum Academy starting at 7.30pm and Fridays at the Bournemouth East Conservative Club at 7.45pm.
Both games will be operated by Matt Excell.
The funeral of James Cullen, aka Jimmy the Bull, will be at the Bournemouth Crematorium (off of Strouden Avenue in Charminster) this coming Thursday, the 10th February 2022, at 3.20pm.
Anyone wishing to pay their respects are welcome to attend.

We are sorry to announce that James Cullen, aka Jimmy The Bull, passed away yesterday.
He has been a player of this league almost since it's inception and a unique character to say the least.
We shall miss him greatly and extend our condolences to his family and friends.

I must apologise that nothing has been sorted as of yet. January has been some what rather busy unexpectedly so I have not had a chance to pop into any of the potential venues.
I hope to have something in place soon.

- Tonight (Sunday 12th Dec), 7.30pm, £10 freezeout.
- Friday 17th Dec, 7.30pm, £20 freezeout.
- Sunday 19th Dec, 7.30pm, £10 freezeout.
- Tuesday 28th Dec, 3pm, £30 (£25 + £5 bounty).

Quick update in regards to Friday Night poker at the Boscombe Conservative Club...
So, last week, we were going to trial a different game but the people who turned up at 7.30pm didnt wish to go straight into a cash game (unanimous decision) so it became a £20 freezeout followed by an optional cash game.
This seemed to work so tonight's game will be a £20 freezeout with the usual optional cash game table afterwards.
Poker is on tonight as usual at the Boscombe Conservative Club. £10 freezeout. Game starts at 7.30pm.
NEW TRIAL GAME this Friday Night at the Boscombe Conservative Club (temporarily as the club will be closing at the end of the year)...£20 buy in limit cash game. Game will be run by Rich Hock (with assistance from Sean) starting at 7.30pm.
