We finally have our phone lines and internet back. Hurrah!
Sadly Open Reach didn't attend their agreed appointment to fix our internet or phone. After waiting 5 hours they said they had used new AI tech [without attending the premises] but it hadn't worked. A real human visiting which was agreed and solving the problem would be appreciated as this is now day 4.
