🥋 Junior BJJ Workshop | Rolling & Q&A

We’re launching a monthly Junior BJJ Workshop at Odyssey Combat Hub, open to all affiliations and completely FREE to attend.

For juniors aged 13–17 years, this is a chance to roll with people outside their usual training partners, ask questions, share techniques and experience different styles of Jiu-Jitsu.

Cross-training is especially valuable for juniors. It helps them:

* Adapt their game to different opponents
* Experience different styles and techniques
* Build confidence outside their usual club
* Improve problem-solving during live rolling
* Meet and train with other young BJJ athletes

📍 Odyssey Combat Hub, 75 Wimborne Road, BH9 2AX
💙 Free to attend | All affiliations welcome | Ages 13–17
